This is a good sub place. The subs are very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Cold cuts are fresh. I got the Vito unwrapped and it was delicious. Two homeless people came in and got other customers to buy them sandwiches. The staff treated them just like they would any paying customer. Well done Jimmy Joh’s.

The food is what you would expect: perfectly servicable sandwiches. However my review is for how reasonable their delivery service is, especially considering how limited your options are in the Palm Beach/CityPlace area. Third-party food shuttle services like grub hub, door dash and ESPECIALLY delivery dudes add so many fees and "delivery charges" to your order that the base price of your food skyrockets. Then their driver expects a tip on top of the ten dollars of fees because none of this is paid to them of course. The drivers for most restaurants that DO offer their own delivery are often surly and expect to be tipped well, regardless of whether they delivered the food in a reasonable time. Jimmy johns has a good base delivery fee, no minimum, and even though the delivery guy drove his bike 3 miles through horrible traffic in the Florida heat to get to us, we have yet to get an obnoxious one that stands around until he gets the tip that he thinks he deserves.

Same as all other Jimmy John's, in terms of the food. Tasty sandwiches for a good price. Staff here is very friendly!

I have seen and heard the Jimmy John's ads for years, and today, I finally downloaded the app and placed my order. Delivery was prompt, and very efficient. The sandwiches, were friggen delicious!!! A few hours later, I placed a second order, and all I can say is... you have a new regular customer. Thank you to all the guys and gals at Jimmy John's for your great products. Keep doing whatever magic you guys do. See you next time.
